Lunch at Ebreichsdorf Rosenbauch’s, The Rose Belly, lovingly renovated barn, dating back to the 1930s, combines the charm of bygone eras with contemporary design. Inside, a stylish ambiance awaits, its modern interior creating an inviting setting for culinary experiences. The cuisine – inspired by the region and characterized by a subtle touch of refinement – surprises with imaginative dishes that showcase the very best of local produce. Franz Rosenbauch’s signature style is evident in every dish – his culinary approach has been cultivated with dedication and continuously developed for years.
